Fashioned and Made for Excellence Foundation Founder and Executive Director Raphael Stephen has been awarded the Ideation Hub Africa Talent of the Future Award.
The Award was presented to Raphael Stephen at the Development Dialogue, which is Nigeria’s leading thought-leadership Conference for NGO Leaders, Development Practitioners, Social Innovators, and Entrepreneurs. It provides a rallying point for thinkers, doers, and change-makers who envision a better future for Africa and are working actively for social good. The Development Dialogue was held at ZONE TECH PARK, GBAGADA LAGOS, Nigeria on Thursday, 29th November 2018, and was themed “Advancing Sustainable Development Impact through Effective Human Capital Management”.
Raphael Stephen and five of our team members were sponsored by the program and Raphael emerged the overall winner of the Talent of the Future Award in recognition of his exceptional leadership, devotion, excellent work output, teamwork, professionalism, and effective managing human resources towards catalyzing social change and achieving sustainable development impact in Africa.
Raphael Stephen also facilitated an expert session on the Volunteer-Led Model: Equipping and Engaging Volunteers for your Social Enterprise, initiatives, and programs.
