Board of Directors

Our work is overseen and guided by a team of experienced professionals with a combined experience of over 70 years from varied backgrounds.

Adesina Adegunle

Dr. Adesina Adegunle is the Chairman of the FAME Foundation Board.

He holds a Ph.D. in Management (specializing in leadership and organizational leadership change) from Walden University, USA.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute Of Taxation, Nigeria, and a member Chartered Institute of Management, Nigeria. He is a member of the American Management Association and Member Academy of Management, USA. Presently, Managing Partner, Errands Consulting-Audits, Taxation, and Management Consulting. Managing Director, Princeton Health Limited (HMO).

He was a former Finance Officer of United Nations Children Funds, Nigeria.

He also enjoys engaging and mentoring the Youth, empowering them with knowledge to embrace the mantle and responsibilities of leadership.

Olanike Adeyemo

Professor Olanike Adeyemo is a board member of the FAME Foundation. She is the Pioneer Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, Innovation, and Strategic Partnerships) at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan.

During her tenure from 2017-2020, she made concerted efforts to reposition and build human capacity at the University of Ibadan; she is reputed for excellent leadership skills, creative thinking, high-level integrity, and the ability to identify and nurture great talents.

Professor Olanike Adeyemo is renowned internationally; she is an elected Fellow of academies of Science (s), including the Nigerian Academy of Science, the African Academy of Sciences, and the World Academy of Sciences.

She also enjoys engaging and mentoring the next generation leaders.

Bimbo Kolade

Bimbo Kolade is a board member of the FAME Foundation. He worked with Tower Aluminum Nig.PLC, building products division where he became the sales and marketing manager and the most senior Nigerian within the establishment. While in Tower he handled the roofing of Muritala Muhammed Airport (MMA2) and the Dangote cement plant at Obajana.

He left Tower Aluminium to establish his own company DAK Roofing Systems Ltd where he is the President and CEO of this solution-oriented company.

He is currently the 1st Vice President of the Nigeria Institute of Building Association in Nigeria. He loves photography and spends his time positively impacting young people.

Raphael Stephen

Raphael has nearly a decade of experience as a development professional, and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan and an Executive Education in Non-Profit Management from Lagos Business School. He is a highly sought-after human capacity development consultant, and youth development programmes specialist in Africa. He was named a winner of the Talent of the Future award in 2019, as well as a fellow of the 2019 Ashoka ChangemakerXchange program. He was also recognized as a recipient of the 2019 Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Young Leaders Award in the Education Category and was recognized as one of the 30 Outstanding Youth Leaders in Oyo state for 2023 by YALI Network Oyo. He was recently recognised as the Education Personality of the Year 2024 by the UCJ, University of Ibadan. Additionally, he has spoken at TEDx events.

He is the Founder & Executive Director of the FAME Foundation.
