ABOUT IHGC
The Ibadan Head Girl Conference is an initiative of the FAME Foundation that is a life-on-life impact platform that allows inspiring women leaders to mentor aspiring teenage leaders in secondary schools and help them become better leaders. We bring inspiring women and student leaders together for mentorship, networking, and skill building, empowering girls to be responsible, ethical, and globally-minded Changemakers.
In nearly a decade of educating girls across secondary schools in Oyo State, Nigeria and beyond, the FAME Foundation has come to realize that peer role modelling profoundly affects young girls, especially when that role model is an inspiring female.
IHGC HISTORY
The Ibadan Head Girl Conference has become the most anticipated conference for the most influential girls in Ibadan, Nigeria. The first conference took place on March 20th, 2024, in Ibadan, Nigeria.
