Our work is managed by a team of experienced young professionals who contribute significantly to our initiatives through their work and donations.

Raphael Stephen

Raphael has nearly a decade of experience as a development professional, and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan and an Executive Education in Non-Profit Management from Lagos Business School. He is a highly sought-after human capacity development consultant, and youth development programmes specialist in Africa. He was named a winner of the Talent of the Future award in 2019, as well as a fellow of the 2019 Ashoka ChangemakerXchange program. He was also recognized as a recipient of the 2019 Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Young Leaders Award in the Education Category and was recognized as one of the 30 Outstanding Youth Leaders in Oyo state for 2023 by YALI Network Oyo. He was recently recognised as the Education Personality of the Year 2024 by the UCJ, University of Ibadan. Additionally, he has spoken at TEDx events.

He is the Founder & Executive Director of the FAME Foundation.

Catherine Passikatala

Catherine is an experienced educator, project manager, and social development professional.

Skilled in project management, project oversight, stakeholder engagement, program design, training delivery, and teaching.

Catherine is passionate about helping youths develop and empower themselves to discover and utilise their true potential.

She is the Programs Coordinator of the FAME Foundation.

Moyinoluwa Amos

Moyinoluwa is a social development professional with experience and interest in Youth leadership interventions.

Skilled in teaching, impact evaluation, research design, data analysis, report writing and knowledge management.

Her work supports the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

Moyinoluwa strongly believes in her role and responsibility in transforming education in the African Continent.

She is the MERL Coordinator of the FAME Foundation.

Monisola Ajagbe

Monisola is an experienced project and human resource manager with a strong passion for leadership, human resource development, and workplace inclusivity.

Skilled in human resource development, effective communication, superior customer relations, and people management.

She is a staunch advocate for creating environments where individuals and organizations thrive.

She is the People and Culture Lead of the FAME Foundation.

Ibukunoluwa Okunoye

Ibukunoluwa is an experienced project manager with a strong passion for leadership, social impact, and sustainability.

Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, partnership development and effective communication.

She is the Partnerships Lead of the FAME Foundation.

Apollos Dikibo

Apollos is an experienced human capacity development professional with a strong passion for leadership, and human resource development.

Skilled in research, effective communication, facilitation and training.

He is a staunch advocate for creating environments where individuals experience personal and professional growth.

He is the People and Development Lead of the FAME Foundation.

Oluwatobi Daramola

Oluwatobi is an Alumni Engagement Officer at the FAME Foundation.

She has a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Practice from the University of Ibadan.

She is resourceful, innovative, and skilled in youth mentoring.

She possesses skills in human capacity development, effective communication, event planning, facilitation and customer satisfaction.

She is passionate about the Nigerian youth and believes that it is possible to build a Nigeria that works.

Toluwanimi Makinde

Toluwanimi is the Finance Officer of the FAME Foundation.

She is skilled in financial analysis, accounting knowledge, budgeting, and risk management.

She is an Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

She is passionate about educating youths and raising role models.

Isaiah Olaoye

Isaiah is the Procurement and Admin Officer of the FAME Foundation.

He is a seasoned administrative and operations professional with half a decade of experience driving efficiency in organizational administration, operations management, and procurement coordination.

His detail-oriented approach to data management, vendor evaluations, and compliance ensures informed decision-making and high-quality project outcomes.

He is passionate about the Nigerian youth and believes that it is possible to build a Nigeria that works.

Goodluck Akinlawon

Goodluck is the Communications Manager of the FAME Foundation.

She is a seasoned communications and public relations professional with half a decade of experience in the field.

Her expertise shines through in her mastery of internal and external communications, as well as in designing and executing program campaigns.

She excels in storytelling, content strategy, stakeholder engagement, content creation, content management, social media marketing, social media management, community management, external and internal communications.
